Step 01
Upload your data
You can incorporate data from various sources, including your website URL, PDFs, Word documents, Excel sheets, FAQs, images, videos, Google Drive, and more. These can be uploaded at any time in the Sources tab located in the left navigation menu.
Step 02
Customize it
We offer a wide variety of customization options, such as font size, color, avatars, and more. To keep things straightforward, the template guide focuses on the basics. Once you’ve completed the initial setup of your chatbot, you can explore advanced settings anytime under the Customizations tab in the left navigation menu.
Final Step
Connect it
When you're ready to deploy your chatbot, navigate to the Go Live tab. To share the chatbot as a standalone page, click on Link to generate a shareable link automatically. If you'd like to embed the chatbot on a webpage, click on Website. Step-by-step instructions will appear in the right-hand sidebar.
